Registration Requirements and Information
La Habra Pop Warner is getting ready to kick off the 2010 Season. Here you will find vital information you will need to register your child in football or cheer.

- All players must be present at time of registration.
The following documentation must be provided: Current photograph of the player, proof of residency,an ORIGINAL copy of the child's birth certificate. Our governing body will not accept duplicate documentation.

- Verification of La Habra Pop Warner territory residency with a current utility bill (families that reside within the city of La Habra to Puente St. in Brea and South Harbor Blvd to Palm Street at the La Habra/Fullerton border, within La Habra Heights boundary and the city of Whittier are eligible to participate at La Habra Pop Warner). If the child resides beyond these boundaries. Please contact the LIONS HOTLINE to inquire about waivers if your family resides in another city other than La Habra or Whittier.
- Payment options; There are many options to accommodate every budget. A minimum payment of ½ of fee is due at registration provided a payment agreement form is completed. You may pay by cash, check or money order. Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
- Football players must be present at time of registration to verify weight and for a preliminary equipment fitting.
- Cheerleaders must be present at time of sign ups to be fitted for practice uniform and cheer participation obligation disclosure. Please, NO exceptions! Half of uniform cost will be due during the registration session of your choice. Last day for NEW cheerleader sign up May 15th in order to receive cheer uniform by Aug 1st. No exceptions!
- Family Discounts are available for households of 3 or more siblings. Oldest child full price, second child fee is reduced by $25, third child fee is reduced $35
- Every Child must prove physical fitness prior to the first day of practice.
This is a mandatory requirement and children will not take the field until team staff receives the completed form to be included with your child's contract.
There are 3 ways to meet your child’s physical requirements:- At the time of registration your child will be offered a no cost fitness physical exam.
